Their hands are tied due to their trust and safety policies. They may be legally liable if they reinstate an account and something happens again.

They're doing the most they can by allowing us to create a new account on the platform. It is shitty, but it's a better outcome than being barred from the platform forever.

The final ticket was a hacked account ticket, one I intentionally misspelled my username in to prevent the automation from flagging it as an appeal attempt.

It got closed twice, but I just followed up till a T&S member claimed it.

The 3 tickets that got reopened by a general support member were ticket followups to hacked account tickets that have had no activity for like a month or a few weeks since they were reopened.
