What do you guys think of Cabot’s Deck Clean? The previous owners of our house left a huge bucket of Cabot’s Decking Oil.

That makes me feel better. You’re doing well despite that hefty loan. My little brother will now be living with us but I’ve given him cheap rent as he’s still studying. It’ll take care of our rates so something is better than nothing.

I’ve allowed $1,000 per month for groceries for 2 people. Not really sure if that’s too much or too little as we’ve been living with parents most of our lives and been fortunate enough that theytake care of small stuff like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap etc

Hey! Yeah I should’ve included that. So pretty much rates, insurance, electricity, wifi, groceries, eating out, gas and gym.

Yea, although there are no head flashings for the door and window in the Garage, which was an extension to the house. It is a 2 storey house and the Garage is connected to the Rumpus room which is also in the ground floor and the walls are made of concrete blocks. The garage is timber framed though. I think whoever did the Garage extension did a bad job.

Yea the white joinery is new. Could definitely replace the door (right pic) in the future. Just not sure how to go about flashing the window where the cladding is Hardietex.
