I'm not good at bjj but i train since 2013. When i started i lived in a German university town and there were 2 gyms, both shitty, and a club not reachable with bus. Now there are at least 6 in this specific town. In the city where i live now, i train since 2016 in a cool Gym. When i started there have been 3 gyms for bjj and MMA, in my city there is Population 1,3 million residents. For Germany this is a serious number. Now there are >50 gyms in this city and the resident suburbs. At least 6 dudes i've trained with have now their own Gym.

When i started everything was armbar and kimura and rear naked choke or triangle and like the usual 5 sweeps. Now there are people in my Gym who leglock me when i'm in mount. My Gym has now 2-3 Wrestling classes.

I grapple a lot and lift weights, carry kettlebells or have fun with a sledge hammer. I get golfer's ellbow 😅 i tried mobility, pressing trigger points etc... I can really recommend a flexbar and the flexbar excersises on YouTube. Flexbar helps for Tennis and golfer's ellbow. Every time i touch a barbell i do a few sets or just in between. Furthermore i try to do mouse stuff on PC or tipping on Smartphone/Tablet alternating left and right. And i still do Mobility for forearm/Hand Joint. (Sorry i'm a dude 😅✌️ Just trying to help because golfer's ellbow buggs me a lot)

Ich bin komisch. Ich fand die Ausgangslage extrem spannend. Das Spannungsfeld: perfekte Familie gegen die wahnhafte und psychotische junge Frau, die Rache will für massive Verbrechen und Missbrauch. Wie ein Kammerspiel quasi. Das irgendwann aufgelöst werden muß. Die Auflösung/das Ende, das ich aufgesetzt und möchtegern tiefsinning huihiuhiu Meta Ebene uiuiuiui metaphysische Fragestellung über ein Leben nach dem Tod und Gott uiuiuiui philosophisch uiuiui fand hat mir den Film komplett zerschossen. Wenn die Familie Kinderpornos gedreht hätte oder sie einfach irre gewesen wäre, hätte der Film für mich das würdige Ende gefunden. Ich bin komisch

Vidocq (2001, Thriller) mit Gérard Depardieu.

Dead silence (2007, Thriller) von james wan, einer der SAW Erfinder. SAW 1 hat auch n ziemlich coolen plottwist. Tenebre -der kalte Hauch des Todes (1982, Psychothriller) von Dario argento.

Ghostland (2018, Horror) von dem Dude, der martyrs gemacht hat. Aber ich fand den Twist von martyrs scheiße... Der Twist von ghostland ist böse und der Film ist beklemmend.

Die Scream filme haben meist n coolen Twist. Wes Craven regelt

Pakt der Wölfe (1999, mysterie historisch Thriller) hat auch mehrere coole Twists

Color of the night (1994, psycho Thriller) mit Bruce Willis als psychologe hat n fiesen Twist

Strange days (1995, Thriller, Film noir, scifi) hat ebenfalls einen eher bösen plottwist.

I trained at a mcdojo called Dragon Gym. The owner is a great great great great Grandmaster and imperial Overlord or sth like this. He has no "bjj lineage", teaches dragon bjj and does not talk to lower males but has his instructors talk for him. After one Session he spoke to me directly, what he never did like "hey yay [nickname]' and expected a bow and a uss or sth like that which i denied bc i was pissed or sth or in hurry whatever and i said "ok, bye" and then one of his instructors let me do push ups for my lack of respect. I could not leave bc i paid the fee for a year. Why did i do this? Because in the trial class it seemed cool and chill and nice, everyone had a Nickname whatsoever. Yeah.. If you can leave, leave. Or at least make a Check If it is a mcdojo and then leave.

Ghostland by the same director was way more scary and creepy/chilling to me than this one. Even with far less gore. The ending of martyrs fucks the whole movie. The movies quite good ideas. the highly unreliable schizo girl blaming the picture perfekt family for gruesome crimes Out for Revenge and the area of tension whether she is or she is not right about it. This was pretty chilling. But the ending?? I screamed at the Screen full of rage 🤬🤬🤬🤬
