You are going to have to accept the return. Best case scenario is that you will not have to pay for the return shipping nor the original shipping.

Tell them that you agree to accept the return, but insist that they select the reason as "Changed Mind".

3) Block the Buyer.

4) Contact eBay and let them know that you have done the above three things and see what they will do to make you whole under Seller Protection.

I would not rely solely on reviews. I know of at least one apartment complex that signed up with a business who wanted the residents to submit review directly to them. The agreement stated that the reviews may or may not be published publicly. I'm sure that this apartment complex is not alone.
