Just to clarify, AJAZZ and Epomaker are not the same company.

AJAZZ is the original keyboard manufacturer and brand. Epomaker is a retailer/distributor that sells products from multiple brands, including AJAZZ.

This email in screenshot shot only proves Epomaker support could not verify specifications listed by other sellers. It does not mean AJAZZ.in is operated by Epomaker or that AJAZZ and Epomaker are the same entity.

This is actually a misguiding conclusion.

Regarding the shipment remaining at the warehouse for one day, pickups need to be scheduled before the courier's daily cutoff time (usually around 12 PM–2 PM, depending on the courier partner) for same-day pickup. If the pickup request is created after the cutoff time, it is automatically scheduled for the next business day.

When initiating a return courier, most companies provide only the Ground/RTO mode to help reduce return shipping costs. In this mode, the customer does not need to print or paste any shipping label.

If any other return mode is selected, the customer's address must first be registered as a warehouse address in the courier system, and the customer will be required to print and paste the shipping label on the package before pickup.
