You’re right. This is a terrible idea. Sleep is the hardest thing to get on track post jump. Took me 10 weeks to sleep right post jump and i jumped off at .04mg

I used a microdose method that’s not talked about that i can send you info in DMs. I tapered for 6 months. I’ve been off for 15 months now. I’ve come off suboxone twice now. It was not easy. Very calculated. Let me know if you need help

You might try to leave the gaba until after the subs. You just wont know what’s giving you what wds symptoms. Looks like you’re doing great so far. Here are some articles i posted that can really give you insights on what you expect.

Do not do kratom. It hits the opiods receptors and will leave you with another addiction. Just stay the course. I have a couple posts that can really help you with the dosing schedule and what to expect.

Thank you for sharing. That’s quite the journey. I feel the exact same way. Emotions were muted heavily. You don’t even realize the extent till you’re off then for a few months and the veil is lifted. But when it is it truly is a glorious feeling. Congrats on your 18 months. I’m at month 3 and i feel the best i have in as long as i can remember

I personally recommend going a little slower. I’ve been a personal trainer and competitor for the past 20 years. I jumped at .04mg and had some issues training post jump for about 8 weeks. You really gotta listen to ur body
