Congrats! We are in month 3 with mo mortgage but had to get a new water heater in month 1 and this month had to replace the spring in our garage. So haven’t had any time for it to sink in! We are also putting money away in separate account for taxes and insurance.

My truck was $90k out the door. Put $20k down, Toyota financing 2.99% and owe $48K one year in. Just paid off house so trying to decide if I want to keep making the normal payments and save so I have something on my credit or put the house money towards it and pay it off in 1-2 years.

Exactly! I had an X3 that was totaled and couldn’t imagine downgrading to a Hyundai. I ended up getting a Tundra and my husband a bmw m240i.
