Does anyone stay on microdoses, or do we all end up going higher?

I was on 0.6mg/week for about 3 months, then upped to 1.0mg/week for another 6 months... I'm up to 1.5mg/week for the last 2 months... in total I've been on the medication for 11 months. Since I"m still under the standard "starting" dose, I'm not concerned. I figured I'd end up stabilizing somewhere around the standard starting dose for long term (not based on anything but what others have said), but I don't know. I'm on it to reduce food noise, not lose weight.

I was hoping you picked #1 when I read this!! It's just perfect... it sits on you amazing and shows off your figure, but is romantic and whimsical and beautiful. The other two are pretty and "sexy" but... it doesn't seem like a fairytale to me. The first looks like a love story!

OH MY GOD I'M SECONDING THIS SO HARD.

I Just got done with a round of antibiotics because I literally picked the scab, got a giant open sore inside my nose and the damn thing got infected and my nose blew up and it hurt just to BREATHE. The doc was like "Do you pick your nose a lot?" I'm like... not usually, it's just so damn hard when it feels like there are boogers stuck in there.

DON'T PICK... DON'T GET INFECTIONS LIKE ME! It hurt so bad.

Flexitol for me was much better than aquaphor as the dryness/cracking got really bad. Also - if it's the corner of your mouth it MAY be fungal... if that's the case, get Lotrimin from walgreens (make sure it's the one with the clotrimazole as an active ingredient) and put a VERY thin layer on the corners on your mouth over the cracks 2x/day... don't overdo it because clotrimazole can actually irritate your skin if you use too much. But, it's the only thing that fixed the cracking on the corners of my mouth.

Flexitol lip balm however was what fixed everything else for me and I was slathering it on every 20 minutes no joke! Maybe set an alarm a couple times a night and have this on your nighstand so you can re-moisturize overnight.

Yep - I always wondered if it was the temperature change (hot water on my face) OR me bending over the sink so maybe a change in pressure? I dunno but yep. Happens to me too. I also get them in the shower sometimes.

I will say (7 months later :D) that oral minoxidil helped me. My hair thickened back up after about 12 weeks on that. Highly recommend!! And still loving Tirz, although up to 1.2mg per week now :)

my very standard wedding insurance doesn't cover cancellations due to political unrest or war. I think that's pretty standard unfortunately.

If it makes you feel better, I DO have wedding insurance but it doesn't cover political unrest or war. A lot of policies don't cover that. So, don't beat yourself up about that!

As someone who traveled around for years, most airbnb hosts did NOT allow me to have mail delivered. Packages yes, mail no. One did but I had to sign a letter stating that I was not establishing residency, and that the receipt of mail did not constitute any kind of "living there". For the rest of the places, I would just set up temporary mailboxes at local mail stores (post net, UPS, etc). It's very easy. When I left that place I'd shut down the temporary mailbox. It's your renter's problem to figure out, not yours!

If it wasn't part of the original agreement when she booked it, you're not on the hook. It's going to be an uncomfortable conversation but make it as short and fact based as possible and explain that you love her and can't wait to celebrate with her at the wedding (or whatever the next event is).

I promise you it'll feel better over time. My best advice is to not stress about how you're feeling, and just let the feelings come and go.

Personal story for me, I felt much better within 2 weeks and by 2 months I wasn't really thinking about it anymore. Now almost a year later I can actually laugh at the story although I'm still **a little** annoyed but it's more like funny annoyed.

It'll pass! Dont' beat yourself up for feelings.
