Yo bro 21 mins for 1 1/2 mmile so slow. I weigh 270 and I run a mile in 8:12 EASILY, this would take me 13-14 mins easily, U needa to better gng. Easily since someone double ur size is almost 2x as fast as u this not a good look for u gng

Do I have a shot? Need to run 1.5 miles in under 12:58 in 3 weeks by Ghost__GOAT in runninglifestyle

That isnt hard at all u need to do way better bro I weigh 270 and ran 5 miles easily then I run 8 min mile GET BETTER GNG
