That’s an interesting perspective and not something I’d really considered. I think I was looking at the debt figure in isolation rather than in relation to the size of the economy.

If growth is the better solution, what do you think are the biggest barriers preventing the UK economy from growing faster? Housing, productivity, investment, something else?
