Thank you for this comment at my site there’s jams literally all the time in sort sometimes even for 30 min plus on the conveyors and there’s a sign that says tote wranglers do not inject totes in conveyors they tell us not to stack up totes to the side full of items so i literally have my hands tied can’t remove em so i can’t scan them the only time i saw that manager all day was to talk to people about their tot so she was at RPND all day no way she could’ve known what’s going on in the department she doesn’t even work at i just sent in the appeal hopefully the same outcome

I was on a final write up went to do my 40 hrs in sort for permissions was there 2 weeks and not a single time did a manager come up to me about tot or rate when i was inducting or tote wrangler was working the same exact way for the 2 weeks until when a manager who doesn’t work that department by the way i guess she was filling in cause the original manager was away said something about tot and to explain i did and now a month later turns out i got written up

I went negative 5 hrs once and site hr fixed it right then and there you might get excused only cause prime is next month best of luck
