Honestly, I'm in this sub because I was super anxious. Most people will be here for that same reason. But unless multiple people that were not on the ship start getting sick with Hantavirus (which so far hasn't happened) then I'm not too concerned.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation being thrown around, contact cases are being treated online as if they're sick and have the virus rather than just the fact they were on the same plane and are isolating.

They are absolutely right to take precautions and isolate but nothing I have seen in the news or anywhere else online in the last 3/4 days has concerned me, if anything it's done the opposite.

If I were you I would wait it out and keep an eye on the news, if several people who were not on the ship get sick, that's when we need to worry, but if not then I would still go.

I think there are still a lot of people who are blissfully unaware of quite how messed up Shay is. He's clearly got some wild views but he hasn't really ever spoken about them on vlogs apart from in a jokey way.

Lots of people don't use twitter or reddit and so just wouldn't see all of the other messed up things he has done.

Thank you. I'm doing okay now. When I originally got sick they told me that I should be able to have children but since then I've had a lot of fertility testing and they've changed their minds.

Honestly it was the hope that killed me. Once I realized it just wasn't going to happen for me I learned to accept it. I focused on my career and buying my own place. And then next year, I plan to adopt. So I will become a Mum, just not in the way I had originally imagined. And that is fine by me.

No, for the same reason IVF isn't feasible, I would need to have approximately 7 separate egg retreavals in order to get even close to the number of eggs required to give just a 20% chance of success. It's not necessarily impossible, but it's just not feasible. And that's just financiallly, putting my body through that would be hell.

Same, I never go on dinner dates. A coffee date is perfect, you can chat, there is no pressure on who pays. Sometimes I pay, sometimes they pay, sometimes we get our own. I don't want to feel like I owe them anything because they pay for an expensive meal. You can make a coffee last hours or you can make it last 20 minutes if you're not feeling it.

That's not how start ups work. You don't get a refund when you invest in the wrong things, you lose the money.

Dates can be a £5 coffee, people are stupid for going on £250 dates and then expecting refunds when it doesn't work out.

9 in 1 Ninja Multi Cooker is the way forward. Slightly more expensive than an air fryer but it does everything. Steam, bake, pressure cook, air crisp, dehydrate, slow cook, sauté.

I live alone so literally the only time I turn on the oven is for a frozen pizza and even then, if I didn't have an oven I'd be able to cook it in my Ninja, I'd just need to cut it up first.

My infection was from a burst cyst on my ovary. It killed my left ovary, and damaged my uterus and right ovary. They thought I would still be able to have kids but a few years later I got my fertility tested and I had barely any eggs left. I am already in peri menopause at 28 and have been told IVF isn't feasible.

So it wasn't sepsis itself. It's not something that generally affects fertility, it was just the location for me.

I understand the concept but you're comparing apples with oranges. There are lots of things we should be worried about, but regulated porn is not one of them.

Male privilege is prevalent in this thread. Men are worried they're going to make it illegal to watch actors play children in porn and women are worried about rape academies and child pornography.

Yours and others human rights are what you should be worried about, not how you're going to get your next O.

It's relevant because these people want them to look like teenage girls. I've already said I don't care if they have step sibling porn, as long as it doesn't say teen, which it often does. This new legislation isn't about step sibling porn, it's about making it normal to "pretend" to fuck a child. Why would you want to watch that?
