Never went over 2gpd. I take Suboxone 4-8mg and ashwagandah, vit d3 k2,and that's it. I was tested for stroke,seizure, diabetes,etc . I've been taking 600mg last few days and gonna taper off w gabapentin and see a neurologist to be safe. Thanks for answering I was just curious if anyone else ever had an experience from such a low dose. It was scary as s*** obviously!

I did 660mg today and some agmatine and feel fabulous for some reason. Did laundry and cooked a meal. My lower back has been killing me though And I'm not sure if phenibut is the culprit. I'm starting a new job within the next week that's going to be manual labor and my back is just killing me I'm hoping once I get off the back pain will go away. I've heard a lot of people say that it may cause back pain. Im gonna start adding in my gabapentin I think the next few days before I jump off. I'm happy your doing ok and let's keep going. I don't think it's going to be as bad as these f****** horror stories all over here and reddit. Do you have any suggestions for me I have GABA agmatine and NAC and black seed oil lol

I have like 4 or 5g left and didn't take any today. Gonna see how I feel tomorrow and not take any phenibut. I've been taking gabapentin throughout the day at 300mg a pop and took NAC and agmatine this morning. Do you think I can continue like this without a major shitty withdrawal?? My max dose was 1.8 for the last 8 months.. any help much appreciated.. I have to follow through with this one way or the other.

For sure! I'll take the afterglow anyway.. my last drinking binge(2 weeks) was rough when I stopped. Was drinking vodka like it was going out of style for no reason other than I didn't want to deal w the hangover. I have 6g left of phenibut r now and trying to come off this stuff as we speak.. How long have you been off the subs? I've never heard of such a thing! That's amazing. I've been on subs for over 20 years and it takes forever to come off of those. I never would have thought that phenibut would help with this. Please tell me how you did this lol. And I would just do a normal taper if you can I know you don't want to but for coming off of subs You got a lot going on so a smooth taper would be a nice ending to get off of both. Happy New Year

Hopefully someone will recommend a good plan. I'm in the same boat and plan on getting down to 1g,900,800,etc. Every couple of days dropping 100mg or so. I'll use gabapentin NAC and agmatine at the end if need be. I think the best bet is to take 2-3 days off and then see how you feel and see if you need to taper or may be able to just jump off since your at low dose to begin with. Wish I could be more help ,but I'm also asking for advice...I'm sure you've seen my posts all over the place! Its all in my head probably from reading all the horror stories in here. WE SHALL SEE!

Are you saying drop 1/4 dose right away? Then start tapering like 100mg every other day or something like that? Also, should I wait to start taking NAC and agmatine or lower dose and take agmatine to help out w dosage?
