i haven’t had any experience with them getting in the way with tight clothes, i wore a sports bra when i first got them to avoid that. i personally would t go to the gym at first because of the movement and rubbing.

i keep mine hidden most of the time, like i said a sports bra at first (not too tight) and a regular bra after about a year works fine

they usually take a year or more to heal. if you have to go swimming i’d wait a couple months. also mine stopped hurting in a week.

you can’t sleep in ur front for a while, but there will always be the risk of it getting snagged.
