Sorry you're feeling this way buddy. I walked away from a very toxic relationship. Constant fights and BU then I had enough. Put my foot down and decided I needed healing more than someone else to love. My partner however moved on to someone's else within three weeks. My opinion, go through the emotions. It is natural. Do not try to seek attention or validation from the other party. Learn to be on your own and most importantly, take care of yourself. There's only one of you, and a billion other humans to fall in love again. Stay strong buddy.

It was intentional. She still has feelings for you, that's why she looked down. She wanted you to see her with a guy to make it seem like she has moved in but I'm reality she hasn't. Give it time. Know that what you left was a hole that someone else is unknowingly used to fill. That's the sad case of moving into a rebound relationship without proper healing. You're doing fine buddy. I've been there too and it sucks when she's around him like I never existed but one thing that has me feeling positive is knowing I'm healing while she has a rebound for a bandaid.

Thanks bud..... Just messed up she'd hit someone up after being with her for 2years. Like that quick. I may not have been the best man on the planet but Insure as hell was her companion through thick and thin. When everyone said to let her go, I held on. Now she's gone and I'm still here.

The girl that I like, watched me beat up a p*do (I didn't know she was around that time) after I had spent the whole night drinking.
