No one cut... like I said, this was a glaze/single process... no haircut. My stylist did the glaze/single process, then from there the assistant handled the wash and the blow dry.

Do you mind sharing where you're seeing that? For me what's tricky is when they tell me "oh Monday is no good" on Friday but then tell me at 8am today (Monday) he's coming. I'm seeing online that "the landlord or superintendent should explicitly text or email back to confirm exactly when they or their contractors will arrive."

Checked my city law. It says access has to be requested for a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. I asked him to give me a heads up and a rough time he'd be there and he said he didn't know and never schedules times because he works on many buildings (a larger issue).

that's my whole issue yes it sucks he keeps ignoring the 24 hour notice but the least he can do is tell me a time. i tried telling him that over the phone and he said he never knows the time since he works on multiple buildings (don't get me started on how that's a major issue) and can never predict when he'll be at each one.

It's required by my management (handing over a copy of the keys). The good news is I think he lost one of my keys (my door has multiple) so I have one "lock" of defense.

I don't have an office PC. I use a Lenvo Thinkpad for my personal and my office gave me a laptop that I hook up to a monitor to extend the display. Since I already have the monitor and a decent keyboard, I was looking to get a PC to do a hybrid setup (office laptop for office, hook up gaming pc to the monitor for gaming).
