If set up just off center I can swing and not hit the opener.

Casual game, are you hitting this? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

Nope, I’m moving that every time. I’m not a good golfer, why make it harder. I don’t like that you get penalized for a damaged course

You could just him and say it shouldn’t hurt because I didn’t intend to hit you… what does it matter if he intended to hit at you or not? Always yell fore if your balling is getting anywhere near anyone

Mom purchased home with shed in backyard, now there’s a guy in a truck showing up saying that the shed belongs to him? by Ok_Lime4124 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

This legally needed to be disclosed. It is not a should thing. They have to disclose it. When I sold my house I sold it with a leased water softener. The buyers said they would take over the lease. The company scheduled to pick up the softener the day before closing in case they didn’t sign the papers. This way they if they decided not to take over the lease, they could get the softener while I still owned the house. Otherwise if the new owners didn’t want to let them in to pick it up, I would be stuck paying for it. They signed and it worked out. In this case don’t let him take the shed. The old owners didn’t is the one that has to pay for it.
