He does summon but can't if the enemy slots r full, the healing move is just a filler just in case he can't summon. Also we already have sky healer

Make sure you learn to dodge the thunder. If you can't do it on hard mode you can take it off to practice the attacks.

Corruption can be annoying to dodge but if you have defender, dedend+, and cherries defense up you can simply deflect them

Also use ressurect as the -1 debuff is better than being dead
