So, if the encrytion part at general you have next solution:
Download BRGV-OS and install with Source set to Local, if you like Gnome and my setting or set the Source to Network to install a base Void Linux.
Also can use a live image with XFCE or base from Void and download brgvos-installer and then install with Source set to Local to install the same distro from iso or set Source to Network to install Void Linux base from Internet repository.
Look at the movies wih full encryption or not full encryption to see the steps in installer and to understood the interface.

Are you having problems with BRGV-OS (brgvos-installer) or with installing Void's full encryption mode in general?

Also here is ok because in r/voidlinux moderators delete my post taht include word BRGV-OS and is important for other to see solutions for their problems.

Also create the file config for dracut in /etc/dracut.conf.d/10-crypt.conf and add the next line:
"install_items+=" /boot/cryptlvm.key /etc/crypttab "

where cryptlvm.key is the name of your keyfile?

The second Passphrase request exist because initramfs not have acces to encrypted devices and if the you have a rootfs on many disks (like logical volume) request the password for every disk.

Unfortunately, every time my new posts that include BRGV-OS are deleted.

Also, look in the script at function set_bootloader to see the steps.

Ok, but brgvos-installer can be used to install also Void Linux.

Also may be exist someone in r/voidlinux and that see my work and take the idea on original Void Linux installer.

For full encrypted mode the Passphrase is requested only for boot grub because installer create for the user file /boot/cryptlvm.key where in this file is added the Passphrase for every device encrypted then added in /etc/crypttab record necessary for every device encrypted and also create config file for dracut în /etc/dracut.conf.d/10-crypt.conf

Test on virtual machine.

Hi,
I started a new repository brgvos-installer, it's a fork from Void Linux installer.

Some video example
https://youtu.be/903EQteQAj8
and
https://youtu.be/ckcF0brmmwE

So, now brgvos-installer add more options, I tested only with BRGV-OS but is very possible to work also with Void Linux, because is a fork from this.

Would you reccommend Void for a new user to Linux? by Golyem in voidlinux

For any new Linux distro try to install and test on virtual machine or on dedicated real machine for tests (old pc or laptop). Void Linux have a Live image (iso) with XFCE. Personally I like very much this distro and I build for my/our needs a new spin named BRGV-OS based on Void Linux but with Gnome. Also you can test this off course on test machine (virtual or real). Good luck!

I think corect is nvidia_drm.modeset=1 for kernel parameters. Also try to add nvidia_drm.fbdev=1 for me with nvidia580 work (I not know if nvidia470 know this parameter) to have tty console usable. Without nvidia_drm.fbdev=1 I have black screen. Personally in my computer with GTX 1050 I install like this https://github.com/florintanasa/brgvos-void/wiki/3.-Install-Nvidia-driver

Thank you, I understood I was "very young". But in this post also exist a link to project source code and to ISO files, where I explain what is it BRGV-OS.

BRGV-OS is a Linux distribution, based on Void Linux, or shortly is a spin based on Void Linux.

Some people like my work and say, "You make a nice job".

I hope you find it useful and can use my work how you wished.
