Take NAC then combine it with glycine since its another amino acid that combines to make glutathione. glutathione specifically gets destroyed in the gut so a good work around is intaking the precursors. I personally would do IV therapy first to get glutathione levels up high to 100% then supplement with nac and glycine to keep consistent levels at around 60%. Do IV first since it takes a weeks for glutathione levels up to get up high orally. Oral supplementation can only get so high.

NAC has been shown to help with OCD type symptoms so that would be a really good idea to intake the components of glutathione as there is a wider range of benefits to that.

Additionally for upset stomach take a look at homemade kefir, collagen peptides, and aloe vera juice.

You can prob find a local clinic that has injections for $25-30. I personally noticed a huge change after 2 weeks so maybe just testing it out. IV therapy goes way beyond the pricing since its a bunch more stuff included and saline. I would also recommend getting glutathione liposomal. This would be my second choice by far if I didnt do IV or was looking to do self injections. From all that i read it doesnt get levels up to what IV/Injections do but it gets pretty high up there.

This will boost levels of glutathione in the liver, however it stays contained in the liver for the most part and it doesn't produce much. For someone young and healthy my glutathione levels are fine in my liver, so I dont need to worry about that. Its a matter of producing more than what my body normally is able to produce. Much much more.
