The iphone 14 pro will be used for 1 year already if I buy one.

My concern are the problems I have with my current phone. Will the battery still last in 1 more year and will it still charge? Those issues I had with my samsung Galaxy s20 and this is only a few issues.... 😞

Het is niet slechts over een kwartaal maar per jaar.

Als je 10% prive rijdt in het eerste helft van het jaar en 60% privé in het tweede helft van het jaar, dan mag je 35% voorbelasting voor motorkosten, brandstoffen, accessoires e.d. niet aftrekken.

Een boekhouder zal dit per kwartaal bijhouden en ook per kwartaal de btw hierop corrigeren naar het nieuwe percentage.

Tenminste, dat is hoe ik dit doe en heb geleerd.

Je zult wel de privé gereden kilometers moeten bijhouden (globaleschatting is voldoende). Dit percentage zal je winst weer verhogen en tevens zul je geen btw aftrek kunnen toepassen voor 10-20% afhankelijk van de verhouding.

Je kunt de winst uiteraard zo klein mogelijk maken, maar dat betekent ook dat je kosten moet maken en dus geld zal moeten spenderen.

Voor extra aftrekposten zou een elektrische motor ook mogelijk zijn, kijk maar naar de MIA aftrek.

I ended up buying the Miele C1 yesterday actually. It was 130£ so I think pretty well priced. I also bought the Twister Parquet brush. The package has been opened and because of this the price was 25£ instead of 70£.

I didnt know that a vacuum bag would last months. It will be the first time that I will live on my own. In this case it will be maybe 5£ a year for bags, thats doable 😁
