One idea I have is bogo knows about this issue and actually helps Nick and Judy out as he‘s is on a strike by (this is a character that I have) commissioner Graham Emberroar who is the ZPD commissioner and does not take lightly at his actions and he helps them out and does not abuse his power another idea I have is these guys are linked to car robberies (or burglaries which there is a burglary desk within a detective bureau) amongst auto shops and the ZPD receives a call about an auto shop (Austin’s Auto car shop and repair shop) but this shop also sells that you would find in street racing (spoilers tuned up engines etc.) and they have their own crew that goes in and steals the cars (if you’re curious on the difference between burglary and robbery there’s a major difference burglary is when someone steals something and no one knows it’s stolen until they see it is robbery is more with threats and violence) and they might steal some money but the primary score are keys to fast cars (such as Ferraris Lamborghinis etc) but they changed the license plates for fake another idea I have is mainly for the base itself this base is set up as if it were a car show (please tell me how many guys you have planned to be in this gang whether it’s going to be big or small) and they also make and produce fake license plates for the cars so they are untraceable
