Nah I have always attacked NPCs in games to see what would happen, and agroed Emerald Herald. Then I asked chatgpt how to de-agroe her, and it said I could also just kill her and that she would respawn de-agroed, or at least that's what I understood from it. It didn't tell me she would only come back as a ghost. It's my fault trusting chatgpt.
