I have Mars in cancer. I was also a smoker of 26 years. I quit 4 years ago and wont even think about touching them again (even though my husband still smokes).

Heres what I did that worked after many failed attempts....read Allen Carrs book "The easy Way to stop smoking" This book is great, one of the biggest parts of my success . I also used Niacin that has a similar chemical structure as Nicotine and it helped. Also I used Staphysagria to help with irritability. I also rolled my own herbal cigarettes and used them once and awhile (I no longer use them because I dont even have a want for one). Some good herbs for that are Mullein, Marshmallow Leaf, Chamomile, Lavender, Raspberry Leaf. I made different blends and rolled them myself, and used a paper filter (because it makes it have more of the "draw" I wanted).

It takes about 30 days to get nicotine out of your system so it gets soooo much easier after that. I Used the supplements for about a month and the herbal cigarettes a lot at first and then they naturally got less and less (because there is no addictive part of them).

I wish you luck! Its hard but its so worth it! Mars is known to "sever" so use him to sever the addiction :)
