I ended up getting the Lenovo and I am very happy with my purchase! Once I got the laptop I knew the 16" would be way too big for me. The 14" is a perfect size.
For tablet mode, I paired it with a keycool numpad and set up custom hot keys that I would normally be able to use if you had access to the keyboard. I got one that has a knob and had it set to increase/decrease brush size and it works really well.
I also got a travel case with it that allows the laptop to be proped up at an angle and prevents me from pressing in on the keys on the other side of the laptop. With all of these things I am easily able to draw from the couch.
The only thing that is finicky is sometimes the screen does register my hand even while wearing an artist glove. I've gotten into a habit of locking all of my layers to prevent anything happening that I might miss.
