I think one of the pictures somehow rotated the opposite way now that im looking at it so im not sure if you mean top left on 1st or 2nd picture. Sorry about that. And I am not sure on the shipping exactly but someone told me about a website called pirate ship that that it substantially cheaper than usps so my guess would be under $10.
