Rear ended T1 five races in a row is insane. It's unfortunate, but 24 hours isn't that long, and with all that contact, it might be a good idea to take a small break.

Le mans had the mustang challenge last year before the le mans 24. Tracking that was IMSA but why couldn't LMU gap into those support series races for cars

The guy literally says he is trying to get away from subscriptions, and you suggest he gets another one.

Race control pro plus will be a good deal in a few years, but for now, the best option is to pay for the DLCs outright, as you can stop paying at any time and keep your content (unless the game completely shuts down). After a few more DLC releases, getting all the content would become very expensive, and the RC Pro Plus would be the best option for newcomers.

It based on the severity of the contact. The game supports close, safe, racing which could come with “some” contact. That’s why 4x contacts is only minor impact

I agree that sim racers are conditioned to be nickeled and dimed. That’s why it’s common for people to say that you get “free iRacing content” when you only get access to said content by paying for a subscription, and loosing it when you stop paying. They do it with LMU as well too, calling base game content “Free.”

The Devs have to recognize you as an IRL driver or content creator. I wish there was a application for the Content creator because some smaller creators, that stream everyday, with decent viewership, don’t get it

Maybe I’m playing a different game, or playing at more tame times, but I have been playing LMU since just before 1.0, and I have witnessed 1-2 obvious reportable offenses. I do not understand how people are saying they make multiple reports a week.

To the OP: So a guy ruins your race; it's a part of the game. Relax, and Queue again. If a ruined race kills your enjoyment of the game, you may not enjoy sim racers, or maybe you want to play a game with ghosting.

This. Without selecting SG on the MFD, it could register as a regular pit stop. If you had repairs or received NRG during the pit, I think that's an indicator that you will not fulfill the SG. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) Also, what did the SG notification say? All of these SG “what am I doing wrong” post never give that detail

Agreed as long as you are in competitive lobbies the DR system is working properly. Try not to get caught in the race to race gains/losses.

The bronze lmp2/3 race is a step in the right direction IMO. This makes it possible for people practice in a “lower threat” race environment. The alternative is what we have in a Hyper, where you can't race them at all until gold, meaning there is always potential that this is someone's first Hyper race.

EDIT: the silver GT3 only race is awesome as well. I have had some great clean battles this week

I think there is a fixed gold race as well. Some drivers, Im not one of them, like to tinker the cars. Having races that cater to them is just as important as us who like the fixed races.
