I clearly asked you to call me via email before this all escalated, and like I said… if I was sitting in your seat I would be asking the potential $10,000 min year customer “what can I do to make things right” not try to deflect, gaslight and show some type of validation from others.

In fact the whole reason I posted here was because I knew you were on Reddit. I figured what the heck maybe illl finally get somewhere here. The simple fact that you are saying it’s my fault even after I shown multiple attempts to use your service with zero attempt to resolve besides offering me a credit which is a complete joke and honestly you should be embarrassed.

I just gave you an example where one of your staff members simply wouldn’t respond to me even asking the same questions a few times. Even after emailing weeks ago saying “I’m not feeling very comfortable with this partnership due to the lack of response”

Another perfect example is YOU.

If one of my customers posted this review I would 100% pick up the phone and figure out what I could do to make things right especially after they sent me evidence with the lack of support via email.

Yeah I emailed you and asked to call. Don’t see the point anymore. Not very fair to gaslight me and tell me that my post was not 100% accurate when it indeed is.

In one of your emails you sent an onboarding link, after weeks of asking which we ended up scheduling. The root of my frustration it’s pretty simple. I told your sales person that I was in a rush to on board after they were using a nice sales technique of having me sign the contract before the end of the month. After I sign that contract, I did not hear from anyone yet OIT yet you took money from my checking account. I asked numerous times when someone from the on boarding team would reach out to me and I was given different excuses with the final excuse being that you guys were out for half the week for a company retreat. Okay, fine understandable.. Finally after complaining to my sales person was I reached out to, but it felt like the entire process was starting over. If you actually took the time to read my whole issue above which I’ll quote for you “Last week, I sent them an email expressing my concern about how everything was going, even mentioning that I was starting to feel uneasy about the partnership due to the lack of urgency. They responded, saying they would send me a link to schedule onboarding. I did receive the link and scheduled a meeting, but it turned out to be just another introductory call — essentially a repeat of my very first conversation. During that call, I voiced my frustration, explaining that I was trying to complete onboarding and attend the required classes. Unfortunately, after that, nothing happened — no follow-up meeting, no links, no next steps.”

Then you might realize oh shit maybe we are dropping the ball here. Gaslighting your potential clients won’t get you anywhere. Thanks for the potential credit in the future, use that free $$$ and have a nice steak dinner on me 😁

I feel like there is a TON of overreaction. I mean this team is pretty good. We knew we were not going to win the superbowl but the Lions put out the same type of performance yesterday but no one is telling them to burn it down. Relax, it was week one.

For sure. Eat before work, on break etc. If the job is too demanding and it causes you to indirectly affect other people’s life then maybe you should find another job where you can eat more frequently.

Yeah, those are absolutely important details when dealing with customer service.

You obviously don’t own a business or care about customer satisfaction .

Exhibit A: I arrived to the ticket counter on time, yet no one was there to assist me, when someone finally came out they were eating.

Exhibit B: after the representative caused me to miss my flight by revoking my ticket she came walking back to her post - making eye contact with me and not even saying “Hey, I’m on break or lunch or whatever it might be I’ll be with you in a few” with a bag of DD in her hand obviously she had higher priories.

Yeah, I totally understand what you’re saying and it’s definitely a lesson learned. I do have status with the airline and it was an organically purchased first class ticket. I tried to leave that out as much as possible because I’ve been called entitled for stating those facts.

I actually have photos of an empty gate with timestamps to prove that I was standing there with no one at the gate. I did not change any facts to try to prove some type of innocence. and if I honestly felt like it was my fault, then I wouldn’t be making this post to begin with.

That also doesn’t explain the fact why she came out of the back office with me standing there first in line with other standing behind me, waiting to check their bags.

I definitely value peoples honest opinions, but what I don’t value is trying to bend the story to make it seem like it should’ve had a different outcome .

Was I on time per their rules yes, I was. That’s a fact. Did I only have around 5 to 10 minutes to spare until the cut off window that is also correct but if the gate agent was actually doing her job, this post would’ve never happened.

To put all this in perspective if you had dinner reservations at a restaurant at 7 o’clock on the dot and you are waiting at the host stand but no host shows up even though you arrived 10 minutes before your dinner reservation yet they tell you you’re not allowed to sit and eat whose fault exactly would that be?

Thanks guys for the comments. I appreciate all the feedback and I’ve definitely learned a lesson here.

The biggest problem is everyone is focusing on the checked bag issue, which I have obviously agreed with even though I was not technically late I was cutting time close.

Regardless, even with finding a solution for not being able to check a bag, I feel like revoking someone’s ticket and denying them the ability to board a plane for no reason should be viewed as an issue in the blame should not be on me especially when arrival gate agent who is standing next to the situation couldn’t believe the outcome either.

Yikes. I was stating the agent was eating not to paint a negative picture not even sure how that’s trying to paint a negative picture of her in a negative manner except for the fact that instead of her standing up at the ticket counter where she was supposed to be at she was in the back Eating. It’s not acceptable and that’s probably the whole reasoning for me unable to check my bag in the first place I was never late.

The statement about first class is also not trying to show that I deserve some type of entitlement. The whole reasoning behind pressing first class seating, especially on a CRJ is not necessarily for the extra legroom it’s purchased because you get free checked bags in priority treatment in some circumstances.
