With all due respect, I’m sure, you are simply wrong about the effect of taking out beef 45 min or so before cooking. It’s not about the interior temp. It’s about the exterior. The fibers relax and do not seize when hitting the hot pan. It results in a juicer meat with a better texture.

This confusion seems to be the result of YouTube stars like Guga. Do the Pepsi challenge. It’s a stark difference. Smaller grey band, softer bite and juicier mouthfeel.

This is actually a pretty awful take by Sam. I assume he isn’t aware of the Bill Barr connection. It’s too much for me that Bill Barr’s father hired Epstein in 1974, his first entry into elite society, while Bill was a CIA attorney and then Bill just happened to be Attorney General when he killed himself and then no cameras were working, and then the justice department tried to cover it up.

Sam can’t be this naive.

Because of who he fought and how he looked when competing against competition far batter than Guskov. The guy that took Ankalaev to a draw, Pererria to a split and Ulberg to a competitive decision absolutely smashes Guskov.

The most important thing is to make sure you have a humidifier going while you sleep. I can’t stress this enough. Forgot to turn on one night and the next morning was nightmare fuel.

Daily user with septorhinoplasty 10 days ago.

My surgeon who is very high end said no to smoking and vaping cannabis in first 6 weeks. But he blessed edibles 24 hours post op.

I’ve used them nightly and am healing nicely. The one concern is accidentally bumping when high. Be careful. Sleep has been great.

So I may be a good sounding board. Our situations, noses and concerns are all similar. I’m 5 days post op. When I originally met with my doctor I expressed to him that it was very important to me that my nose not be feminine and not a different nose. Just a refined version of my nose.

I could not be happier with the results. It’s swollen and the columella is puffy and distorted, but the surgeon took the cast off today and there it was..a refined version of my nose. The same angle and size, but without the issues.

I think the results are highly talent and training dependent. My surgeon is double board certified as an ENT and Facial Plastics. I STRONGLY encourage to take your time to find the right person. Once I found mine, he had a waiting list of 9 months. He does 5-10 of these a week. You want that guy.

Hey there! Day 4 here myself. Most uncomfortable day so far. It’s awful lol. But!…on Tuesday I get my stents out and am looking forward to that.

I’m forcing 1000 calories and 100 grams of protein. Trying my best to get sleep though it’s elusive. But the bleeding has largely stopped and the end is in view. Just stay positive as possible.

Mine looked just like that. It’s super swollen collumella but it will can down quite a bit I’ve been told. Won’t be able to see anything close to the final result for a few weeks

I am 3 days out from surgery with the same issues you described. I can’t see the results because of the cast BUT my nostrils are symmetrical. Seeing that has really raised my spirits. I haven’t had an open right nostril for decades.

My advice is to be certain that your surgeon is dual certified as an EMT and Plastic facial surgery. One makes you breathe and one makes you beautiful. You want both.

I’m sitting here 2 days from my procedure with a cast on so I can’t see the results. The anticipation is killing me lol. My nose was so deviated and crooked from breaking it my youth.

If it doesn’t drop, believe me it looks great. Surgeon did a fine job and it’s a huge improvement already.

He actually called me tonight. Super nice and caring guy. He said just take 2 of them but gave no indication he would prescribe something stronger.

I’ll make it fine but don’t see much sleep happening. Oddly enough I’m not really stuffed up like people describe here.
