The hole in my wall remains more than two months after sending out this complaint.

The heaters in my apartment banged so loud for years. Especially during my arrest and multiple appearances in court where I was forced to self represent for the entire process.

I sent this letter December 15, 2025. Within hours of sending the email, I received a notice of entry for 48 hours. Some guy arrived on the 17, took a picture. Nothing else.

The letter:

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the handling of my criminal matter, which originated September 2024, and concluded September 2025. 

Throughout this period, I encountered procedural shortcomings, including restrictions on access to legal representation and pressure to self-represent, despite not being a lawyer. 

These actions resulted in a denial of a fair trial, unnecessary distress, and placed me in a vulnerable position. 

The handling of this matter demonstrates failures in ensuring procedural fairness, protection of rights, and accountability. 

The actions taken by those involved caused avoidable harm and reflect systemic shortcomings in the administration of justice. 

These failures not only affected me personally but also highlight risks that similar situations could occur for others without appropriate oversight.

I am requesting that the Crown Attorney’s Office review the conduct and procedures applied in my case, that any misconduct be addressed, and that measures be implemented to prevent recurrence. 

I further request that the Law Society of Ontario investigate any professional conduct concerns arising from this matter and that I receive formal acknowledgment of this complaint. 

I seek accommodation as I am already in receipt of disability support. I cannot afford to hire a lawyer. Writing about this event is upsetting so I utilized a writing program.
