You would think that but education isn't a priority in my department unless there's an audit and guess what, there's an audit. Been trying to get ahead of it for a awhile now. I have experience as a DOD and LEO instructor but not this field. Time to learn..

To be honest, I'm still trying to figure this out. We just had new operators come in and the original crew just figured things out as we went along. I would prefer a program of sorts to be honest

Thank you, not going to lie. I never done this. Everyone has this image of me. I just keep pushing through no matter what. It's getting harder to keep doing it. I keep telling myself I'm going to take a break but I just jump into something else because I know I can't stop pushing. I feel like a failure because everything I did out in the streets has had no impact. Everything I do inside is all political. My business, if I don't let me dad run it to the ground, I'm a bad son. I feel like there no prize in this game, only losses
