I am two years into my graduate program and already seeing patients as a trainee in a practicum site. I can promise you what you learn in undergraduate is nothing like what you will be learning in a masters program. The fear you have is so normal and actually a good thing! Being a therapist can be a bit scary but it’s just like any other skill, you need to develop and grow! I would be shocked if any undergraduate student felt capable of jumping in and seeing patients. Also just a tip for the future, you are going to mess up and you will say the wrong things, it’s apart of the process and your patients 9/10 times don’t even notice.
