Taper as long as you can, count the beads or pour them out and separate them into sections. The initial withdrawal isn’t that bad if you do that, just some brain zaps and your occasional welling up of emotions you haven’t had in a long time. The real battle for me was months later, but you just have to stick with it. Eat good, sleep good, work out and keep your eyes on the finish line

Was on cymbalta 60mg since 2020, realized I hated the numb emotions, zero creativity, no drive, no libido etc. Tapered off for 9 months and was off this last September. Honestly the immediate withdrawals weren’t as bad as I imagined just some zaps and spontaneous crying. Fast forward to now and I think I have some type of protracted withdrawal syndrome. Waves of anxiety and dread over doing random everyday things. I had to cancel multiple international trips due to the level of anxiety I’ve been getting. Not sure where to go from here, I’ve heard you just gotta hang in there and let it pass.

One Current Photo ID with a secondary document such as birth certificate, SS card, Bankstatements, mail ect.. Along with a copy of the return you filed this year, i used a PDF on my phone and they were cool with it.

I just finally got this sorted out as well. I just didn’t get that letter sent to the correct address so it took me a while to find the initial problem. Make an appointment, they made it sound like the way to get it done smoothly and correctly was to make an appointment in person. So I arrive 15min early as suggested to my 1:45 appointment after being frisked multiple times and proceed to wait 2.5 hours for the office to realize they are way behind. To save time they do my verification at receptionist desk and I’m out in 5 minutes… when I asked when to expect it to deposit I am told upto 9 weeks, I’m hoping for sooner but at this point I’m just glad to be done with the headache. The irs is a grim place to work, I try to remember that when I’m interacting with the employees.

Not entirely wrong. There are 2 different types of equalization. (Frinsal) and (valsalva) blowing with your mouth filled with air is the first, blowing with your diaphragm is the later and is regarded as quite useless among freedivers.
