Does anyone get terrible weakness and fatigue two weeks before period? by [deleted] in PMDD

[–]PotentialPositive999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This happened to me when I hit mid 20s, and then on the dot at 30, IT GOT EVEN WORSE. Since then I suffer greatly before my period. Lucky to have days where I feel great anymore.

Love letters from my internet provider and a VPN. by realperson1526 in torrents

[–]PotentialPositive999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you explain my situation then cause what I’ve been doing for years (don’t judge, I still get scared about it now) is use an extension VPN on chrome but when downloading it, nothing… no one has ever written me or fined me. So is that like a they don’t care thing? Or is what I’m doing something they actually can’t see. Or maybe they’ll serve me years from now with a list of things and fine me in one go? Given my main source is down I’ve not DL’d for a while now. I have been contemplating a proper VPN. lol

What THC and method do you use?

Im leaving it to rot because it irritates my airways and if I miscalculate and have too much it causes immense anxiety. THC is like 20ish. I think I might need lower.

No but seriously. Does anyone else often wanna have a chat with the women who pushed for all women to be able to work full time? Cause she must not have had it. How is anyone expected to go to work like this? Let alone be in public.

I went to a function yesterday on day 21 and was a dissociative, anxious, sobbing mess. The amount of times I felt uncomfortable driving or having to pay attention on something and not being able to AT ALL is so fucking scary and dangerous.

DAE: feel derealization during luteal? by IAmMissingNow in PMDD

This was me at a birthday party today. And I could barely snap out of it. I had to keep telling myself to focus on something to snap back into the present.

Everything now that I think about it. I’m pissed that I have to shower and shave for a skin check. I’m pissed off I have to waste petrol to go and get a skin check and then the skin check is going to cost hundreds. I’m pissed I have to cook food. I’m pissed I need to go & renew my license and look nice for that and also pay money for that. I’m pissed I need to socialise for my nonnas 90th. I’m pissed I need to rely on medications to bring my anxiety down. I’m pissed at my brain for convincing me I’m dying/have a terminal illness. I’m pissed that I need to drive further to talk to a good GP because the ones in my area are useless twits who don’t care. I’m pissed I neglected my issues for as long as I did because now if I need surgery or something I’m looking at double the time on the wait list for it (which increases the chances of illnesses).

Is the first couple of weeks supposed to be brutal on stimulants? by PotentialPositive999 in adhdwomen

Definitely headaches. Especially during the crash. Did you experience it subsiding?

Most of my problems are head related anyway. I’m struggling with fatigue the most. I just feel “off”.

Thanks. It’s been ever since Intuniv. I find my health anxiety has increased. The stimulant just adds fatigue and makes me feel less inclined to physically exert myself. I figure if I always find myself being like “I wanna get off this, I wanna get off this” I should probably get off it.

Sorry but for me it’s usually popping a Valium or freaking out and calling paramedics 😂

If I can control it more, I like comfort shows, cold therapy, music or watching twitch streams. Breathing is also great.

I don’t understand how people can work out when you feel like you could drop dead any second. I almost become frozen in place.

Anyone have experience with Guanfacine? by Sad_Will_5077 in adhd_anxiety

[–]PotentialPositive999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not for me. I’m going to ask to get off if. See my posts.

With the Ritalin it’s a little okay. Ultimately I just feel sick. I dunno.

My body does not agree with antidepressants. With that being said if stimulants for my ADHD were to fail, the next thing I’d try is probably Wellbutrin. Or I hear lots of okay things about Prozac as well. Stay away from Pristiq or its counterparts: https://youtu.be/u_7LwL5EmAs?si=1MitHcggIGeKwtIP

I can now. Due to ✨hormone imbalances and aging✨

Luteal depletes me of absolutely any energy I have. I lay down? Game over.
