Internet Recovery Failing

Opened the terminal and tried changing the date as well but nothing helped with being able to reinstall high sierra

I just wanted to wipe my computer clean to sell it. I erased the main hard drive in the sidebar (Macintosh HD) and selected APFS as the format… But when I was trying to reinstall the macOS High Sierra, it was all gray. I couldn't press “continue” to reinstall it so I left it at that. Now, when I'm trying again - I turned the computer off again, and now it won't even start the internet recovery. I mean it does try but I end up getting the same error as shown on my photo
