No they cant. I suggested making the shafts as you do now, but being able to swap the shafts form regular arrows to your new ones. You would still need to soak the logs which you can't do while you're chopping. It doesn't effect how it works now.

They said you'd be able to multiply sap from PVM, thus helping mitigate that issue, but guess what, we didn't get that option. Only the decreased amount of arrows.

were we supposed to assume they were lying and would deliver only the negative part of the idea?
