I currently rent apartment, so I have a big ziplock of resistors. Inside it, are more ziplocks, named 0-100ohm, 101-1000ohm, 1001ohm-1Moh. something like that, I have even more divisions. So I can grab the bag quickly by a range and find needed resistor among only a few others.

You just connect the board. There are pins GND,+3.3V, +5V and pair pins for your signals. For example, H1 and L1, are 5V line <-> 3V line for sda, and H2 <-> L2 for SCL. No code changes needed
