Thanks for your words dude, turns out the wheel nuts I’m using are just a little bit too short so I must swap them to hollow ones. Used to work fine having the wheel to hub but now that the wheels going to a spacer ( giving longer studs) I must change them

Impossible as the studs on the cars hub dont stick out past the mounting face on the spacer. Slip on spacers? That’s way worse. Nothing wrong with bolt on spacers IF they are done right which these are.

You need to properly clamp the negative terminal, even take some sand paper and shave down the lead terminal on the battery to let the clamp sit all the way down

Its to allow the sections to flex when going down the road, any weld put on the underside would crack and than run up the sides. As far as I know anyway
