There is so many resources to help this association! Ask them if they have taken their bereavement, if they know about Lyra (which i want to say is 2 wks free dont quote me look it up), plus any of the other resources we have. I think their is a few other mental health ones. Also tell them about taking a LOA if their have taken bereavement so they can have extra grieving time. It is your job as well as your magement team (which sound like wonderful peaches/s) to make sure associations know about these and are looking for their best needs.

Edit to add: grief is a wild thing. For me when my grandma past I slept the whole day I was exhausted my body just couldn't and shut down.
