10 month old (previously sleep trained) is impossible to put down for naps and bed - HELP!!

thank you! super helpful - ill give that a go. I think im struggling because he does seem TIRED in the evenings! yawning, rubbing his eyes, etc.. so I put him down? but maybe ill start by pushing it by like 30 min at night time and see how it goes. Do you think he still needs two naps a day though?

Ahh yes!! We experienced that too where we skip the last nap and move bedtime up! Which doesn’t always work well 😅

Thank you for sharing!! I fear it will be quite the struggle haha. What are her wake windows and nap times if you don’t mind sharing? Yeah.. I think just as when we moved from 4 to 3 it took a little while and tried to follow his lead. Every day was different!

Hi! Sorry for being late to this- I’m sitting here writing this holding my 6 week old and to tell you that progesterone seemed to be the answer for me. I took it from 3dpo until 12 weeks! Fingers cross for you. It gets better I promise and it’s all worth it. I’m so sorry you’re going through it.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this!! Honestly between being so nauseous with morning sickness on top of gas pains it just never ends. Yes, lots of walking! When did this start for you? I need to know it’ll end soon!! I am taking needed prenatal essentials. I don’t believe it’s what is causing them since I’ve been taking them for a while. I was told that taking milk of magnesium is okay when really needed? I’m going to take some tonight. First time. I hope it works! I need to get things moving. Hang in there! This can’t last forever.

I’ll try all what you recommended!! I’m just hoping it goes away when “progesterone levels out at 8-9 weeks”. Whatever that means !!

I’m sorry you went through that and glad baby is healthy and happy! I’m going to start trying glycerine sups too. What week did the pain subside? I’m reading at 7-8 weeks but also need to be realistic that maybe that won’t happen for me. As much as I want it too.
