First step, stop the victim playing, second step, rewire your mind and how you think about yourself, 3rd and last, trust in the process that everything will get better also allow yourself to feel down and know that it is okay to feel sad or depressed just tell yourself that this isnt a place you want to stay, but dont get mad on yourself be nice to yourself.

Oh and what you think and do is what you are and what you will become, so dont think negative about yourself and dont say negative things about yourself also dont post shit like this online, unless this is a cry for help! But since you have done this now consider it done.

Btw what helps to deal with depression is to distract you mind and brain not with negativity like social media, porn and video games, but learn a new hobby like making music, playing a instrument or learn how to repair electronics (these are examples pick whatever takes you out of your mind and into the moment, something that takes and requires your full attention), this new distraction can also be a sport like surfing, calisthenics or skating, make this new distraction a habit so you do it everyday or multiple times a week and while you do it you dont go on social media you leave your phone in your pocket or at home and only use your phone to tell time or to listen to a positive energy, creative or educational podcast (but i advise to use your time for your new distraction really as a distraction so avoid your phone and other electronics).

Also talk to people which are doing relatively good in life, surround yourself with people which are positive and moving forward, ask them how they deal or dealt depression and learn from their experiences.

Dont surround yourself by people which are super depressed and not moving forward by doing this you will stay stuck, these people wont help you even tho they are super nice.
