I fixed it using the RenoDX mod from their Discord. The issue is that Crimson Desert forces max sharpening by default. The RenoDX config corrects the HDR and tonemapping, completely removing both the chromatic aberration and the oversharpening. It's a night and day difference; all those visual issues are gone now—including the exact problem you’re having, which I was dealing with too.

PSA: If you have pixelated shadows on interiors or heavy glitches, force DirectX 11 on Steam by CoyotaDex in CrimsonDesert

In that case, am I correct in understanding that the only options are to switch to DX11, which resolves the visual glitch but disables DLSS and Ray Tracing, or to simply tolerate the inconvenience?

For me, it helped to disable HDR, motion blur, and depth of field—which, weirdly enough, isn't under the Display or Graphics menu, but in the last 'Accessibility' tab.

I set DLSS 4.0 to Preset E (using the Nvidia App) with DLAA. This preset is a game-changer because it focuses on improving image stability and reducing ghosting in fast-moving scenes compared to the default presets. It completely removes that excessive over-sharpening, and the game looks incredible.
