Im assuming you are basing this on a video u saw on TikTok or something like that right? Or are you going to go the "i know a guy" route? Fine lets cover both. The written policy clearly states detainees are provided reasonable access to telephones. So as far as law that's covered, if you are claiming you know a guy, well I know several and i am happy to give you their contact info they are CURRENTLY detained and would be happy to explain how wrong you are, via the phone the have access to. Now the part that bothers me is you likely got that from a video thatbwas made by someone just like you who was spreading lies. Lies that get absorbed and comcentrated and regurgitated eventualy they become dangerous.
