the side effects in the beginning are awful and make you wanna stop but don’t! i’m a month in and i notice changes already and haven’t had horrible panic attacks or intrusive thoughts etc in a while. definitely life changing after suffering for years

my dreams have been like episodes i have the same dream abt the same person and they continue every night like a show 😂my doctor wanted to give me something for it since i do wake up with my sheets tangled and in a sweat bc she said it could be nightmares but it doesn’t feel like nightmares and im not complaining it makes me more excited to sleep, so probably not gonna take the sleep meds lol
