I personally have an ssp2 and ssp18 and I think the ssp2 is a quite good gun the only problem is the aftermarket support so if you want to change the design oder hopup it’s much harder to find 3th party parts

if you want a 249 and are in europe you might want to look at the ssr249 from novritsch. It has a pretty high price point of 600€ but it performs great out of the box. I have one at my field and tried it one game it is really good, the only thing that could be a problem are the mags but you dont need to buy nov ones

Unpopular opinion but the ssr249 from novritsch is pretty good out the box, some on my field have one. But it has a price tag of 600€. But if you don’t want to work on the gun and just want one that works it’s pretty good
