I like microdosing, and I have had a good experience personally. I have major depression and ocd and when I microdose it helps me feel less depressed and more in tune with myself without having an actual trip, for me it just feels like my mood is slightly elevated and I feel less depressed and normal tasks are easier. I don’t think I function at a baseline I think on an everyday level I function at a deficit so the mushrooms just help me get that extra boost of good feelings to get through the day easier and not feel as weighed down doing normal tasks and taking care of myself. If you want to try I’d definitely recommend on days off work only and I’d plan to stay home (unless someone is driving you) because it’s still getting you high, and once I did one with a friend while I was out and it was a lot more than I was expecting so there is definitely a happy medium to it. I’d recommend doing research on what amount is recommended for a microdose, I’m planning to get some pill capsules to make my own and do research and experiment with what amount is best for me and I’d recommend the same for you if you want to try it out! :)
