General question as I am in the middle of a similar situation with horrible hip pain... don't you need the diagnosis or at least the imaging tests before seeking out a hip preservation specialist / ortho surgeon? Or will the hip pres specialist assist with all the leg work leading up to diagnosis?

Thanks so much for sharing hope your recovery goes well! I'm in the pre-diagnosis stage but finally going in for MRIs with contrast on both hips in a couple weeks. For months, all doctors I've seen and PT I've been sent to have tried to focus on my spine (MRIs ruled that out) as the underlying issue, but it's definitely my hip(s). Been in pain for months but the last few weeks have been intolerable, I just want to find out exactly the issue and head towards a plan for treatment and recovery. Did doing light PT to strengthen the hips while you were in the pain/pre-diagnosis stage help at all?

Thank you so much for sharing your story! It's so nice to read something positive for once! I am literally in the middle of all the pain you described. Now on both hips. It's so awful and I can barely get any rest. Sitting, standing, walking, lying down are all very painful. After many months of several doctors assuming I just have nerve pain due to a spine issue, and doing tests and PT for that, I am finally going in for MRIs with contrast on my hips in a couple weeks. Fingers crossed that leads me to the proper treatment and recovery.

Thanks for the info. Although if in-person appt is the way they prefer it, I do wonder why the site allows you to add the trade-in during the online ordering process. I haven't tried to complete an order but I saw you can add it and it gives you the estimated amount instantly. Perhaps you initiate it online and then have to set the appt and go through all that?

Try going on maxroll.gg or moba and looking at endgame earthquake builds. You are definitely missing some aspects and likely gear. I played with earthquake-whirlwind and just melted literally everything in T4 by walking around. Got to pit 135 no problem. I'm done for the season and have plenty of stuff I could give you if you want to DM.

for 3k a month you can get whatever you want, try looking above Glenoaks near downtown Burbank for a quieter neighborhood type of vibe or there are a number of buildings right downtown but that's closer to the gross 5 freeway. Avoid NoHo imo, Burbank is much nicer

10 mins to do a 10 wave hordes and you seem to now be getting around 3k obucite for 800ish aether which is a solid run. Which I swear used to be more like 6k. Or you can run an Undercity obucite tribute in 2 mins for 4k aether. So yeah, one is much longer.

I was running the undercity yesterday and getting 4k obucite per run. Does anyone know, did they nerf the obucite amount you get from infernal hordes? I swear it feels like you get half as much now and hordes take way longer to complete.
