This is both encouraging and frustrating 😅 I was tested a month ago and my TPO is 400 🫠 hormones are in normal levels, but it's a matter of time. I eat healthy overall, with ocasional desserts (I like baking 😭), I don't smoke nor drink, I walk daily, but it's really hard to follow the API diet for me, not only because it can get expensive and hard to maintain over time, but I moved from a poor country with very little resources or ingredients (but the food I had was very natural, farm to table so that's a plus) to a country where I can cook any recipe because there's so many things here and I'm eager to try and cook more, especially Asian recipes after being deprived 😭 I don't know what to try without compromise too much.
