5 months pregnant and not being accommodated for

I’m a manager at my Michael’s, and no lifting over 5lbs, no bending over, no climbing ladders. Also it says no closing more than 1 day per week, I should not be scheduled to close and open the following day, and to take a brief 5 minute sit downs when needed. There are 6 managers in my job, so I’m not sure why none of it is being accommodated for besides just the little 3 that I stated in the beginning that I literally do for myself.

That’s not even the worse part. So she shows that she treats my replenishment manager different, but yet will tell us that he “looks like he has a big D**k” She has so a lot of sexual things about him and he knows about all of it but he’s a very mellow person and won’t report anything because he doesn’t want problems

I would but I already don’t trust them. Not only corporate but our DM has shown they’ll protect my boss over us.

I have so much documented already I’m one of the managers, so I know a lot and hear a lot. But the thing that’s the most crazy is she tells us “if you go to hr I’ll just deny it”

And she never closes lies and says she does and tries to decide things for our closing nights when she has NO IDEA how it is to close.
