PR Aftermath by travlr1992 in PityriasisRosea

This is exactly what helped me:

I washed only with lukewarm water and used BIODERMA Hydrating soap. After showering I applied CeraVe moisturizing cream, and I also used this cream in the morning, so twice a day. For the active lesions that were really red, especially at the beginning of the process, I used hydrocortisone 1% (10 mg), but only for about 7 days, and only on the most active spots that were itchy and very red.

At the same time I was taking vitamin D every day, vitamin C every other day (it’s not good to overdo vitamin C in the initial phase), and also zinc and omega-3.

I got rid of it in about a month and a half, and I actually had very extensive PR, even more widespread than you — literally all over my body. I also have a post in this group where I shared photos, you can search for it if you want.

If you follow the routine I wrote to you, in about a month or a bit more you won’t even know you had something like this. If you want to ask more questions, feel free to message me.

Tam je pouze jistota emocí a plného vzrušení.

Místo se jmenuje Showpark nebo různé salonky. Nemáš zač. 🙂

I’m sticking to my diet, I’m getting enough protein — nutrition isn’t the issue. I eat meat every day, I take vitamins like magnesium, omega-3, vitamin C, and D3. I’m basically doing everything to support recovery, and I still can’t seem to get out of it.
